Jay Leno is always a gentleman and has taken the time every visit to the theatre that once bore my name, to talk with the entire staff and crew. I have known Jay over the years as he visited Vancouver and the Island over the decades doing stand-up. With February 8 being his final night hosting the Tonight Show I thought it fitting to wish him good luck and thank him for many years of fun and great entertainment. He had nice words to say about replacement Jimmy Fallon, who Jay felt was the right person to host the show. Jay is the second longest host just behind Johnny Carson. Good night, Jay. I really don’t believe this is the last we will hear of Jay Leno on TV.
