It was formerly known as Urban Rush with Mike and Fiona. Mike Eckford left to co-host the Rock 101 morning show with Bro Jake. Fiona Forbes hosts the show and they invite a different co-host each week. I was a guest on today’s show and it was great fun. This week’s guest host Patrick Maliha writes Dirty Laundry for TVWeek magazine and you can see his standup comedy routine around town. It was fascinating to find out that the action that takes place off air is broadcast on Livestream 12-2 pm weekdays. In Metro Vancouver the 1-hour show airs 10 pm, 12 midnight and 10 am the following day on Channel 4. Or anytime at the show’s YouTube channel: RushonShawTV.
