This photo of Bob Bye and me was taken in the mid-80’s on a CKWX remote broadcast. Bob was one of the best radio communicators in Vancouver.  He followed me on the air for almost 13 years and was a great person. The late Vic Waters told me many times he felt Bob Bye was one of the truly great radio personalities. His ratings proved it. After his retirement he moved to Penticton where he passed away at a rather young age by comparison to today’s statistics. Many looking at this page will remember this charming man.
