I can’t adequately convey my happiness over receiving the Order of British Columbia. I had never been invited to Government House before and it was an honour to be one of the guests. It is spectacular and the grounds are out of this world.

The Order badge is heavier than it looks. On formal occasions you are supposed to wear it around your neck. I did for one evening and it is much bigger and heavier than I had imagined!  Thanks to all who supported my entrance into the Order.
