For 15 years Steve Vrlak (center) and I were partners in our own advertising agency, Vrlak Robinson Hayhurst. I left the company in 1989, selling all my shares and “retiring”. Steve and I however have remained good friends all these years. He was the best partner a man could have. He has not enjoyed good health in recent years with the discovery of Parkinson’s disease and then a prostate operation. A few months back Steve suffered a heart attack and now to add to this litany of health problems he has had a stroke and is recovering at VGH. We all love this guy and pray for a speedy recovery.
